Grown high in the mountains of Cajamarca, Peru, this coffee comes from the dedicated producers of Aprocassi, a cooperative of over 600 active members cultivating coffee between 1,000 and 2,500 meters above sea level. The result is a vibrant and balanced cup shaped by rich soils, cool mountain air, and careful farming practices.

Beyond exceptional coffee, Aprocassi is deeply committed to sustainability and community impact. The cooperative supports social and environmental initiatives that improve the livelihoods of producers while protecting the land for future generations.
